Customized rates for your voice-over project

My rates as a professional voice over artist are tailored to the unique needs of each project, ensuring high-quality recordings in European Spanish (Castilian/Iberian) and Catalan that enhance your brand. Prices vary depending on the type of project (advertising, e-learning, audiobooks, or dubbing), duration, and usage rights. For a transparent and competitive quote, please contact me.

However, here is a basic rate guide to give you an idea:

TV Commercials

  • Local commercial: 100 €
  • Regional commercial: 360 € 
  • National commercial: 525 €
  • Internet commercial: 300 €
  • TV + Internet commercial: 725 €

Radio Commercials

  • Local commercial: 30 €
  • Regional commercial: 90 € 
  • National commercial: 150 € 
  • Internet commercial: 150 €
  • National + Internet commercial: 200 €

IVR / PA Sytems

  • First message: 100 €
  • 2-5 messages: 100 € + 10 €/message
  • 6-10 messages: 120 € + 6 €/message
  • 11-20 messages: 140 €+ 5 €/message
  • More than 20 messages: 160 € + 4 €/message 

Online Public Videos

  • 0-1 minute / 0-150 words: 100 €
  • 1-2 minutes / 151-300 words: 150 €
  • 2-3 minutes / 301-450 words: 180 €
  • 3-4 minutes / 451-600 words: 200 €
  • 4-5 minutes / 601-750 words: 220 €
  • 6-15 minutes /751-2250 words: 145 € + 15 €/minute (150 words)
  • 16-30 minutes / 2251-4500 words: 190 € + 12 €/minute (150 words)
  • 31-60 minutes / 4501-9000 words: 250 € + 10 €/minute (150 words)
  • >60 minutes / 9000 words: 370 € + 8 € additional minute (150 words)

Internal Video / eLearning / Audioguide

  • 0-1 minute / 0-150 words: 75 €
  • 2-10 minutes / 151-1500 words: 75 € + 14 €/minute (150 words)
  • 11-20 minutes / 1501-3000 words: 105 € + 11 €/minute (150 words)
  • >20 minutes / 3000 words: 145 € + 9 € additional minute (150 words)

Extras & Other services

  • Voice Over synch: +25% on the rate
  • Lip-synch: +50% on the rate
  • File splitting: first 20 included
  • File splitting: more than 20, 0,25 €/file
  • Other multimedia projects: quote upon request
  • Audiobooks: quote upon request
  • Podcasts: quote upon request
  • Other genres: quote upon request

Note that…

Every project is different, so if you need a recording of my voice, please contact me and get your own quote. I will need you to tell me the type of project you want (elearning, TV commercial, audioguide, etc.), the broadcast area (national, regional, local, public on the Internet, internal…) and the duration, in minutes or words. I’ll record a professional Spanish or Catalan voice over from my recording studio.

If you need some help with the creativity or the translation and adaptation of your message (localization) to the Spanish or Catalan language and market, I can quote it.

All the rectifications and retakes because of a change of the rhythm or tone are included in the quote. All the retakes needed because of changes made by the customer in the original script, will be charged 30 € + minute or word rate. If I have to record again all the project because of the changes made by the client, an additional 60% of the quote will be charged.

I’ll accept wire transfer for payments from Spain and EU. Wire transfer and Paypal/Wise/Revolut/Xoom for the rest of countries. The final work will be delivered on DvP. I can send a low quality watermarked version to let you monitor the work before you do the payment.

All prices are taxes excluded. An additional 21% VAT will be charged in the projects for Spain.
